Joseph Yobo feels it is imperative that Everton make the most of their remaining home fixtures.
David Moyes' men welcome sixth-placed Aston Villa to Merseyside on Sunday in the knowledge that the Villans have closed to within three points of them in the race for a Uefa Cup spot.
"Towards the end of the season you always want to be playing most of your games at home and we've got that opportunity now, so hopefully we can take advantage of that," the defender told Everton's official website.
"We're playing for the right to reach the Uefa Cup so we are all playing for something and that makes it very exciting."
