Carson Yeung held talks with Birmingham City manager Steve Bruce immediately after Saturday's 3-2 victory over Wigan Athletic.

The Hong Kong businessman had an hour-long meeting with Bruce after the final whistle that resolved nothing as the Geordie was told to 'sit tight' and wait for the £50million takeover to run its course.

Yeung's spokesman said: "He doesn't intend to make any big changes when he does take over the club."
