Yeovil Town have signed Portsmouth midfielder Jean-Francois Christophe on a month's loan.

The 25-year-old had a loan spell at AFC Bournemouth earlier in the season, scoring one goal in 11 games.

"He is a big lad, about 6ft 2ins, and looks to play more of a holding role," the Glovers' assistant manager Steve Thompson told the Western Daily Press.

"Having a big midfielder is good for defending set pieces and attacking set pieces," he added.
