Yeovil Town No2 Terry Skiverton says they were delighted with Fulham defender Dan Burn's impact last season.

Burn is expected to sign for Birmingham City in the coming days.

Skiverton told the Daily Mail: "The loan system does help clubs. The gaffer believes in it too. Last year he borrowed defender Dan Burn from Fulham, he was only 20 but played 34 times in the league for us.

"Because we have such a small budget, these are the players we look to bring in. We look for the right kind of characters. They've all had good upbringing, they've all had good coaching."
