Yeovil Town have signed Shane Duffy from Everton on loan for a month.
The 21-year old Irish defender will spend the next four weeks or so with the Glovers which has delighted manager Gary Johnson.
"When we knew Shane was available for loan we immediately enquired about bringing him to Huish Park," he said.
"With one of our centre-backs injured and another suspended we didn't want to turn down the opportunity of signing Shane.
"This signing suits all parties and as always we are very grateful to Everton Football Club."
Since joining Everton's senior ranks in 2009, the Northern Ireland-born Republic of Ireland U21 international has experienced a couple of previous loan spells with Burnley and Scunthorpe United.
