New Yeovil boss Gary Johnson admits his squad needs strengthening quickly if they are to avoid the drop into League Two. Johnson, who resumed control after a seven-year absence on Monday, has already identified the key areas he needs to reinforce.
Yeovil lost 4-0 at Sheffield United on Tuesday in Johnson's first game back and the manager saw several weaknesses that need to be addressed.
He told the Western Morning News:
"I'm not going to do that. There are certain things staring us in the face that we have to deal with. We need a strong side to help those that think and that Terry thinks are good enough.
"We cannot mess about now, we have to get what we think are the next level of performers." "It was difficult at Sheffield United but we cannot say `they are a good side, let's forget about our team and our performance'.
