Newcastle United defender Mapou Yanga-Mbiwa is seeking a lift from new signing Loic Remy.
The Toon are licking their wounds after defeat at Manchester City on Monday.
But Yanga-Mbiwa says: "Remy will be back soon and when that happens, we will be better because he is a very good player.
"And we have other good players here like Papiss Cisse and Moussa Sissoko. So it's too early to say that we will struggle this season.
"You cannot judge us after just one game."
