Xavi insists all is not lost for Barcelona, despite slipping five points behind Liga leaders Real Madrid after last night's defeat to Atletico Madrid.

"There's still a long way to go and we still have a chance to win the Liga," said Xavi. "We have the same chance as a week ago, the only thing left is there's now fewer games until the end.

"What happens is that we have given space to Real Madrid, which has won its encounter, and has regained confidence. But we know that this title campaign still has many twists and that when today is black, tomorrow may be white."
