Barcelona legend Xavi admits he has ambitions to coach his former club.

Xavi is now taking his coaching badges as he plays out his final season in Qatar.

He told Sport: "Hopefully, one of my dreams would be to train Barça, but you have to prepare a lot, be very professional to get there, I know the house, first I have to have the license."

On his time in Qatar, Xavi added: "I'm experiencing and working on a long-term project with the 2022 World Cup... Coach? I've talked to people there, but it will depend on the situation."
