Xavi hopes to sign off from Barcelona a winner.

Xavi will leave Barca after Saturday's Champions League final against Juventus.

He said: "It's my last final with Barca and I want to win it, to be able to lift that title and enjoy it with all the Barcelona fans.

"This has been a spectacular end to my Barca career and I will try to help the team as much as I can if I play the final."

Xavi added: "It's a final and although some see us as favourites, we know that it will be very tough.

"They can play football and are capable of keeping the ball, but they also know how to keep things very tight."
