Xavi has supported Barcelona sports chief Txiki Begiristain assertion they lacked 'on-field leadership' during Sunday's 2-2 draw at Almeria.

The Barca midfielder lamented: "We're not controlling games or playing to our strengths. We lack that point of maturity on the field when we know we must compete to win, we have to learn to settle games."
