Barcelona legend Xavi has backed Pep Guardiola over his decision to axe Joe Hart at Manchester City.

Hart signed on-loan with Torino this week.

Xavi told The Sun: “He is a good goalkeeper, but I have seen Pep be so successful, that I am not going to question him.

“Manchester City have a very strong squad, and although it will not be easy – but under Pep I think they will win the league."
