Xabi Alonso says Real Madrid teammates are delighted for Gareth Bale over his recent form.
Bale has been hailed in the Madrid press after his matchwinning goal in the Copa del Rey final against Barcelona.
"Even before he scored that goal, Gareth has always been very valued by all of us," the former Liverpool man said. "He's had to adapt to a new country, a new league and a new team, he's playing at a very high level and he showed that last week. We are very happy with him and everything he is doing for the team."
