Real Madrid midfielder Xabi Alonso says Jose Mourinho is the coach he wants to play for.
Xabi feels Real would be rocked if Mourinho chose to leave.
"Mourinho has already made history," said Xabi.
"He will leave a void difficult to fill when he goes. He has a different approach and achieves empathy with everyone. He's the coach I want right now."
