Real Madrid midfielder Xabi Alonso denies a rift between Iker Casillas and Cristiano Ronaldo. Sara Carbonero - Casillas's girlfriend - has claimed a feud between the two.
"It is an urban myth," Xabi said. "At Real Madrid you are always under the microscope."
The midfielder also spoke of coach Jose Mourinho's role in keeping the dressing room united, disciplined and motivated.
"He is good at rectifying problems and analysing games," the former Liverpool midfielder added.
"And he has a very distinctive personality. In the dressing room I feel comfortable and happy."
Summer signing Angel Di Maria joined Alonso in refuting claims of any kind of division amongst the players.
"The group is very united," he claimed.
"I've said this several times. Since our training camp in Los Angeles we have formed a strong group to handle everything. Things are going very well."
