Wycombe Wanderers winger Matty Phillips is interesting Blackpool.
England U19 international Phillips was spotted at Blackpool's home game with Fulham on Saturday fuelling rumours of a possible switch to Bloomfield Road.
The highly-rated winger's future has been the subject of speculation all summer with the likes of Bristol City, Preston, and Southampton all credited with an interest in Phillips.
