Fielding has joined on a three-month deal from Blackburn while fellow 19-year-old Kazimierczak is on a one-month deal from Bolton.
The pair have been drafted in after both Wycombe's senior keepers, Scott Shearer and Jamie Young, suffered long-term injuries this week.
"It's a huge relief to get these two keepers and it's taken a lot of hard work by all concerned," boss Paul Lambert told the club's official website.
"It's a bizarre situation losing both our senior 'keepers in the space of a few days and ideally we would have brought in experienced replacements.
"But both these youngsters come to us with glowing references and I have every confidence that they will do a great job."
