Wycombe defender Michael Harriman hopes to prove himself to QPR chiefs

QPR defender Michael Harriman hopes to prove himself on-loan at Wycombe Wanderers.

He impressed so much at Adams Park in his one-month loan spell at the start of the year, that he is being kept on until the end of the season.

"It's all about experience and at the end of all this, I'll go back to QPR with more of it under my belt," the 20-year-old told the Fulham Chronicle.

"It's good for me because, hopefully, it will help me break into that side. I've been at QPR now for a while, and it would be a shame if I can't finally break in there. If it's time to move on, then maybe I will have to look at that, but I'm not looking at it like that at the moment.

"They [QPR] are not down yet and they've still got a long way to go and I'm confident the boys there can turn it around, so I'm still thinking in terms of getting into a Premier League team next season."
