Shaun Wright-Phillips needs to step up his game at QPR.

The Sunday Mirror says Mark Hughes took over last week, following the sacking of Neil Warnock, and vowed to grab the chance to build a club of substance.

Wright-Phillips, who has failed to make any real impact since a summer move from Manchester City, is at risk. Hughes accepts that he has a major rebuilding job at the club and is looking to off-load a number of players.
