Shaun Wright-Phillips certainly still has a role to play for QPR says manager Mark Hughes.
The 30-year old winger has taken part in just 30 minutes of his club's last two league matches - against Liverpool and Sunderland - and although Hughes admits his form is suffering, he suggests that the former Chelsea and Manchester City man is a key player for the West Londoners.
"Having worked with Shaun for a long time I know exactly what he is. He gives so much in training and in games and he'll never say he's struggling.
"But I think some players sometimes just need to be taken out of the fray to give them time to recuperate.
"Shaun will be a big player for us from now until the end of the season, definitely.""Shaun has just been struggling for a little bit of form," said Hughes.
