Shaun Wright-Phillips says he "never, ever regretted moving to Chelsea".

"People always ask me, but I have never, ever regretted moving to Chelsea," said Wright-Phillips.

"Those two years of learning will add another two years at the end of my career, so that's how I look at it.

"You've got to take the positives rather than the negatives.

"I've learnt to be patient, so I don't get frustrated. When I'm on the bench during a game, I just watch a lot of people's body language and you can normally tell how a person plays by how they are moving.

"I also watch them to see how I can change a game if I get on."
