Zinedine Zidane has kicked off this season at Real Madrid matching Rafa Benitez's record of last term.

After seven games, Real are unbeaten and have 15 points - just as they did this time last season.

Benitez lasted another month at Real before he was sacked by president Florentino Perez.

Zidane still has credit in the bank, thanks to last season's Champions League triumph, but admitted yesterday that "things are not good".

Despite the problems, Real are level on points behind LaLiga leaders Atletico Madrid going into the international break.
