Red cards: None MATCH REPORT There seemed no way back for the USA at half time as they trailed Slovenia 2-0 and looked a beaten side, whilst their opponents seemed to be heading for the last 16. But, in the game of the tournament so far, the Americans staged a dramatic second half comeback to snatch a draw, with the coach's son Michael Bradley levelling with eight minutes remaining.

Valter Birsa had put Slovenia ahead with a curling effort and Zlatan Ljubijankic doubled the lead shortly before half-time.

But once Landon Donovan had reduced the deficit early in the second half Slovenia lost their first half swagger and the USA went all out for an equaliser.

Their pressure finally told when Bradley shot past Samir Handanovic on 82 minutes.

This pulsating game still had one final twist when substitute Maurice Edu's volley found the back of the net but the American's joy was short-lived as referee Koman Coulibaly harshly ruled the effort out for a foul. Starting Line-Ups
