West Bromwich Albion have recalled Chris Wood from loan at ChampionshipMillwall, ahead of his expected seven-figure New Year move to Leicester City. "Leicester have shown a great interest in Chris," said Albion assistant manager Keith Downing.
"He's done exceptionally well at Millwall and we've brought him back here. I expect the move to be done when the transfer window opens."
19 year old Midfielder George Thorne has also been brought back from loan at Championship strugglers Peterborough.
