WOMEN'S WORLD CUP: Sweden maintain 100% record at North Korea's expense

Sweden top Group C after a narrow 1-0 win over North Korea in Augsburg. For North Korea though it is the end of the road as they suffered their second straight defeat, and even though they competed well in the first period they faded after the break allowing midfielder Lisa Dahlkvist to score the only goal in the 64th minute in front of almost 24,000 fans.

This second victory gives the Swedes every chance of reaching the 2011 women's World Cup quarter-finals.
