Wolves winger Matt Jarvis was pleased with his matchwinning goal at FA Cup opponents Tranmere Rovers.

Jarvis scored for the first time since mid-April and he admitted it is an area of his game he has to improve on to help the fight against top-flight relegation.

"That is what I need to start doing and that's what I've been practising so I'm glad it paid off," the 23-year-old told the Birmingham Mail.

"I need to score more so picking one up last night will hopefully see me kick on."
