Wolves winger Adam Hammill admits their clash with West Bromwich Albion will decide their Premier League status.
Despite being disappointed not to have taken three points against 10-man Birmingham, Hammill, 23, insists it is one point closer to safety.
He said: "It's a point that might be the one that saves us. We have to look at it that way.
"It was vital we didn't lose today, it's going to go to the wire.
"Sometimes it's harder to break down 10 men, they were compact and sitting back. But every point is good at the moment towards staying up.
"The lads are prepared, we know what we've got to do, this was a little bit of a taster ahead of the Black Country derby next Sunday.
"That's going to be a huge one now."
