Wolves are closing in on a deal for Hull City defender Steve Mouyokolo.
The Express & Star says the 6ft 3ins centre-back has chosen to come to Molineux ahead of Stoke after talks and sources say a deal is done for the 23-year-old to sign a long-term contract.
Mouyokolo, who has been on Wolves' radar for many months, will become manager Mick McCarthy's third big summer signing after £2.5million Jelle van Damme and £7million Steven Fletcher, and the fifth with the permanent capture of Adlene Guedioura and loan extension of Geoffrey Mujangi Bia.
Described as quick, a good tackler and a danger at set pieces - scoring against champions Chelsea in February - Mouyokolo looks to have all the attributes to be a Premier League regular in years to come.
