Wolves boss Mick McCarthy is set to make a number of changes for the Carling Cup clash with Manchester United tonight.
Just as he did last season in the league, McCarthy will rest his stars for a match against United, but plans to avoid the £25,000 suspension he received for his actions in December.
"There will be some (changes) because there is a need for fresh legs but it will still be a very good team," insisted McCarthy.
"It will be players from my squad of 25 who are fit and ready to go.
"It will be a strong team out and when people see it I don't think they'll be thinking it's weaker."
And McCarthy was confident that if his players performed as they did in their 2-0 loss to league leaders Chelsea on the weekend, that a positive result was very achievable.
"If we play like we did at Chelsea we will give ourselves a chance. Even Chelsea were saying after Saturday were saying we'd given them a tougher time than most teams," he added.
"We're not expected by anyone outside Molineux to get anything from the next three or four games. But we don't go into games thinking that way at all and that was proven at Stamford Bridge."
