Wolves have won the race to the signature of Nick Powell, according to the Daily Mirror.
The 22-year-old forward, who left Manchester United last month, has agreed a £16,000-a-week contract with the Wolverhampton club who he will join on a free transfer.
Hull manager Steve Bruce, who had Powell on loan at the KCOM Stadium last season, admitted it was a blow not to land the former Wigan Athletic loanee as he prepares his Tigers squad for their Premier League return.
"I'm disappointed not to have brought in Nick because I think he had something to offer and would have been a good addition to the squad," he said.
