Chris Iwelumo wants to stay with Wolves.

The Mirror says Iwelumo, Wolves' Scottish international striker, has ruled out a move to Middlesbrough after he was targeted by Gordon Strachan.

Boro were considering the striker as a replacement for crocked Frenchman Jeremie Aliadiere.

Iwelumo has only just returned to action after missing the start to the season after suffering a metatarsal injury on preseason tour of Australia.
