Wolves winger Matt Jarvis insists the side is still positive despite yesterday's 5-0 defeat to Manchester United.
The Molineux outfit fell to the bottom of the Premier League table courtesy of their fourth loss in their last five matches and the third time in that period that they have conceded five goals.
Even though things look to be getting worse for Wolves, Jarvis feels that the past experiences of the squad being able to survive in the top flight will help them through this rough patch.
"Our heads didn't drop (against United) and hopefully that's what we're all about. And the fans were fantastic again.
"We'll keep going and keep working hard and show everyone we're not going to give in.
"We still believe we can stay up - we're a very positive side and we'll go into the next game ready to go to war again."
Jarvis added: "It's still in our own hands.
"We've got nine games left and we're going to go into every single one of them at full pelt and making sure we get something from the games.""It always helps when you've been and done it before, so hopefully we can use that experience of getting out of it to do it again," Jarvis told the club's official website.
