Wolves manager Stale Solbakken wants striker Kevin Doyle to become a bit more greedy.
The Norwegian tactician suggests the Republic of Ireland international is too 'nice' in front of goal and has urged him to try and find the back of the net more often rather than play the ball to his teammates.
"Kevin has proved he can play very well at international level," said Solbakken. "His workrate is tremendous and he always plays for the team rather than himself.
"But maybe he should be more selfish sometimes.
"He should maybe demand something more from his teammates - he's too nice sometimes."
