Wolves to remain grounded despite solid start - Hammill

Adam Hammill says the Wolves squad is not getting carried away despite a decent start to the Premier League season.

The Molineux outfit are sitting seventh on the league table after four games but winger Hammill says the players will remain focused and simply try to pick up as many points as possible.

"The aim is just to take each game as it comes and not get too carried away with the start we've had," he told skyports.com ahead of the weekend's home meeting with QPR.

"We are looking to play a little differently this year, trying to get our wingers on the ball more and play two up top, which suits the attacking players at the club because we like to play good football.

"We've got a solid base at the back now too, with Roger Johnson coming in and doing excellent for us so far.

"I think that this could be an exciting season for us, but we are just looking to get as many points on the board as we can and see what happens from there."
