Championship club Wolves say they are prepared to listen to offers regarding defender Christophe Berra.
The Scotland international is entering the final year of his Molineux contract with manager Stale Solbakken admitting both the player and the club are looking at a change after three-and-a-half-years.
"Christophe has one year of his contract remaining and, after talks, has decided that he wishes to seek a fresh challenge elsewhere," said Solbakken.
"As a result of that, and given his contract situation with only 12 months remaining, the club has reluctantly agreed to make him available for transfer.
"We currently have good competition for places in his position, and I have already said I would like to bring in another central defender if possible.
"Christophe will continue to work with the first-team squad and be available for selection while the club await an offer which they believe to be acceptable for consideration."
