Wolves are making a shock swoop for Porto midfielder Ruben Neves.
The Mirror says Wolves have agreed a club-record £18 million fee to sign Porto midfielder Ruben Neves.
The midfielder, also on the radar of Liverpool and Chelsea , will link up once more with his former boss Nuno Espirito Santo at Molineux if the deal goes through.
Neves had been linked with the two Premier League big guns two years ago, but his career went into reverse last season when he struggled to make the Porto starting line-up.
The 20-year-old is part of the stable of super-agent Jorge Mendes, who has become a major figure at the Black Country club because of his links with Chinese owners the Fosun Group.
