Both Wolves and Wigan have concluded talks with 18-year-old Hamilton starlet James McCarthy after agreeing fees with the SPL club for his services. Although Wolves are anxious to know who he will join, chief executive Jez Moxey insists they are not pressing for a decision.

"It's a young man facing a big, big decision and the delay is understandable," Moxey told the Express and Star.

"There is absolutely no pressure from here on a decision."
