Wolves and Fulham are chasing Southampton midfielder Adam Lallana.
The News of the World says both clubs have had £500,000 bids rejected.
Boss Mick McCarthy wants to reunite Lallana, 21, with £1.2million ex-Saint Andrew Surman, who joined Wolves in July.
