Wolves firebrand Hunt loves being a villain

Wolves winger Stephen Hunt has no problem being the villain.

He said he looks forward to the boos – because it brings out the best in him.

“I quite enjoy the abuse,” Hunt told the Sunday Mirror. “I thrive on it. It seems to bring the best out in me.

"But off the pitch I’m a deep thinker in terms of football. I engage with the fans sometimes, just for the banter and a bit of fun. But I’d never cross the line.

“You might have a little smile with someone if they’re abusing you, but it wouldn’t be wise to confront anyone.”
