Wolves fans 'out of order' in Henry treatment - Johnson

Wolves captain Roger Johnson admits he is disgusted with the recent treatment of the man he replaced as skipper, Karl Henry.

The hard-nosed midfielder was taken off by boss Mick McCarthy in the second half of the weekend's loss to Newcastle United and it was met with cheers by Wolves fans.

Johnson was adamant today that a player such as Henry does not deserved to be treated like this, saying the Wolves supporters were 'out of order'.

"I thought it was a disgrace, disgusting. It stinks," he told Express & Star.

"If the fans want to have a bitch at me about it then fine, but I thought they were bang out of order.

"There are no reasons for that and it should never happen - and, for someone who's served this club so well for so long and been captain, it was undeserved.

"It's not going to help anyone."
