Wolves have UPPED their valuation of striker Steven Fletcher.
The Daily Mail says Sunderland boss Martin O'Neill must match Wolves' £15million valuation to land his top target Fletcher.
O'Neill was willing to offer £10m for the 25-year-old, who scored 22 goals for the relegated club in the last two seasons.
