Wolves chief Kevin Thelwell admits they expect a raft of loan departures in the coming days.
The likes of Dominic Iorfa, Jordan Graham, Ethan Ebanks-Landell, Joe Mason, Michal Zyro, Paul Gladon and Phil Ofosu-Ayeh are all training separately at Compton Park – under former Crewe boss Steve Davis – as they look for moves away from the club.
Thelwell said most of them are likely to move on when the market picks up this week.
“We feel like we've had our transfer window and and now there's another to come," he said.
“Unfortunately for that group they're part of a movement where the club has jumped forward very quickly.
“When that happens you bring in a lot of players and they find themselves not getting opportunities at first-team level and we have to help them find solutions elsewhere.
“It doesn't mean they're not good players, because they all are.
“They're victims of circumstances.
“It's been a bit quiet for a few weeks but we think there'll be an explosion in terms of loan deals this week."
