Wolves chief Jez Moxey is proud of the club's incoming business.
A report placed Wolves second in the Premier League table, based on what clubs have spent so far this summer.
Wolves are listed as having spent £13.5m net, although the figure is actually around £16.5m - with sales of £1.5m for Chris Iwelumo, Andrew Surman and Jason Shackell - second only to Manchester City's £55.55m.
"We wanted to raise the standard and I think we've done that," he said.
