Wolves chief Jez Moxey say they're delighted with the capture of former Hull City defender Steven Mouyokolo.
Arsenal have tracked the France-born stopper's progress and he was linked with a host of Premier League clubs before joining Hull last summer.
"Our team got better as last season went along which was borne out by the results," said Moxey.
"We only lost two in 10 games towards the end.
"The same probably happened with Steven as a player - by the end he was doing exceptionally well for Hull even though they went down.
"I think Mick thinks he's got the ability to develop into a really top class defender and I think that's shown by the fact that two or three other clubs were keen to sign him and even Arsenal have been following his progress.
"He's got pedigree and we're delighted to have captured him."
