The hamstring injury to Wolves striker Sylvan Ebanks-Blake is not as bad as initially feared.
The 25-year old forward had to be withdrawn at half-time of the side's 3-0 home loss to Everton on Saturday and it was believed he may miss a couple of weeks.
But recent scans showed that there is no serious damage and Ebanks-Blake could be right to take on Fulham next weekend.
"Hopefully, I'll be fit for the Fulham game - that's what I'm working towards," he said.
"I've done a bit of running today and I'll be taking things day by day. I felt it just before half-time but, hopefully, it's not too bad.
"I've had a few problems with it before and it was on the best advice that I stopped when I did and didn't make matters worse.
"As we haven't got a game on Saturday, there's no need to rush things as regards full training.
"The free weekend is something of a blessing for me, because it's given me that extra bit of time to recover."
