Wolves boss Mick McCarthy was pleased with Marcus Hahnemann's performance in their derby defeat to Birmingham City.
McCarthy decided to axe keeper Wayne Hennessey and replace him with Hahnemann and he was pleased with the performance of the former Reading player even though he was beaten after just two minutes by Lee Bowyer's deft chip.
He said: "I thought Marcus played really well. I felt we needed a bit of experience. Wayne has just had a tough couple of games and I had no problem with Marcus' performance at all."
