Wolves boss Mick McCarthy says Portsmouth rival Paul Hart can expect no sympathy from him for this weekend's clash.
He said: "I would sooner have a bit of assistance from somebody than a whole load of sympathy.
"He'll not be getting any from me and he'll know I wouldn't be giving it.
"I can empathise with him. I just don't know how he took the job, kept them up last season - which he did and they did well - then loses a whole clatter of his best players and replaces some with loans and then is expected to be as good a manager.
"You're determined by your players."
