Wolves boss McCarthy confirms contract talks for Craddock

Wolves defender Jody Craddock is set to win a new 12-month contract.

Craddock, 34, is in talks over a new deal after impressing in the Premier League this season.

The former Sunderland star was expected to struggle in the top flight but has emerged as one of Mick McCarthy's key men this term.

McCarthy said: "Jody's one of those players who gets better and better with age. He's playing better now than he has ever done.

"I've already decided that I want him here with me next season whatever happens to us."
