Mikel San Jose isn't ready to leave Athletic Bilbao.

The former Liverpool defender has been linked with a return to England where Wolves and Blackburn Rovers are keen.

"I came to Athletic to play and win, I have never thought of going now," said San Jose. "For me, it would be a failure to go now. I want to improve every day as a footballer and play for Athletic, I am not thinking about anything else.

"I have decided to stay at least until June."
