Wolves are back in the running for free agent James McFadden.
The Mirror says the out-of-contract Scot, 28, has been training with Wolves since leaving Birmingham City last month.
The striker has not played a competitive game for over a year after rupturing his cruciate knee ligaments in training.
But Wolves, Sunderland, Celtic and Everton have all shown an interest in him.
Staying in the Midlands appeals to McFadden though who is settled with a young family.
